With this simple but effective exercise you test the shoulder joint. In the starting position you are in an upright position. The legs remain closed. In the first variant, the player alternately takes the left and the right arm without effort from below to the opposite shoulder blade. The movement should be carried out as fluently as possible.
In a second variant the player takes the arm alternately from above to the opposite shoulder blade. If this movement causes pain, you should consult a doctor. If you do not reach the target area (which the expert suggests), you should mobilize regularly.
