If you are looking to improve your serve, you are in the right place. This course presents a complete system guaranteed to help you develop the serve you always wanted. The course starts with an in-depth review of the technical fundamentals of the serve followed by slow-motion footage of professional players to help you gain a thorough understanding of the stroke. For those of you without much experience or instruction, we have a specific section designed to help you learn to serve with the correct technique in a systematic and effective way.

After our discussion of the serve fundamentals, the next two sections provide you with all the tools you need to polish your serve. The section about the most common serve problems and how to solve them will help you clean-up your technique while the next section “Optimizing your Serve” is full of drills and ideas to help you maximize your serving potential.

We then move into one of the biggrest obstacles for most club players: understanding and generating spin. Our discussion and drills will help you use spin to control the ball with more consistency, variety and precision.

Our last section addresses the most common question we get from players: How do I serve harder? This section is full of exercises and activities that will add miles to your serve.

So if you are looking to take your serve to the next level. What are you waiting for? Let’s get started.
