Working on the Return with a Partner

In this exercises you see kids working on two different exercises. On the one side they are working on focus when returning by trying to hit a ball  thrown overhand with a bat.  The coach throws first and then players take over.  This mimics a return of serve and forces the players to focus on the ball after the bounce. The second drill involves rotational throws with a large uneven ball, working on the kinetic chain on groundstrokes and on reaction and footwork as they catch.
