Rafa warms up before his match at the Mutua Madrid Open.  After some band work to warm up the shoulders he steps on the court and hits forehands and backhands while his coach Toni feeds.  The bottom line is that drills do not need to be very complicated to be effective.  Many times even top players use the most simple drills. What matters is ttheir intensity during their practices.
